Welcome to Dad-hood, man!

You truly can't unsee that... 🫣

We’ve all been there!

Meet Brett Sills, Arkansas dad, truck driver, and now viral sensation. Why? Because his face told the story of every dad witnessing the miracle of childbirth for the first time (or third, in his case).

Picture this: As his daughter's head starts to emerge, Brett's face takes on an epic journey from horror to disbelief. His grimacing face is frozen in time, like a deer caught in the headlights of a very real and messy miracle.

"Dawg face is priceless," cheered the internet, and another added, "He looks like a mix of terrified and grossed out - welcome to fatherhood!"

Now, Brett's not new to this game; he's a dad three times over, but according to his partner, Amanda Roelofs, he's just a tad "squeamish" in hospital settings. No shame in that game, Brett!

"I started cracking up," Amanda says about the photos, snapped right in the heat of the action. Her sister-in-law's advice? "You need to post these — so they can go viral." Mission accomplished!

So what's the deal with Brett's reaction? "He's always held a leg but would just turn away," Amanda explains. But this time, the doctor got him right in the thick of things, and boy, was it great!

Squeamish or not, Amanda wants everyone to know that Brett's the "best" dad and partner out there. Even if some commenters on the photo said, "My man better not make that face," she just laughed it off. "I thought it was hilarious. I wasn't upset at all."

Well, here's to you, Brett, for showing the world that real dads might grimace, but they also stand right there, holding a leg (even when you feel like you’re going to pass out.) Respect!
